My name is Kacey Theobald, and I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I am the Middle and High School nurse as of the 2023-2024 school year. I have been a nurse for 7 years now, previously working in multiple Trauma Center Emergency Rooms and on Labor and Delivery. I am a Unatego alumni and am happy to be back at my stomping grounds!
Here you will find information regarding sports registrations, vaccinations, physicals, and medication administration. You will have access to information regarding what grades need physicals, what vaccinations are required for which grades, and what is required for medication to be administered during the school year.
Later on in the school year, I will post the days and hours that I will be working over the summer of 2025, so sports physicals can be handed in and your child can be cleared in a timely manner prior to the sport's pre-season starting.
