Unatego School District receives Three Proposals for former Otego Elementary School

The Unatego Board of Education is pleased to announce that following a Request for Proposals (RFP) to repurpose the former Otego Elementary School building, they received three viable proposals from potential developers this week.

A special Board of Education meeting is scheduled for October 28 at 6:30 PM to allow the three developers an opportunity to present their plans for the building to the entire board and answer any questions board members might have. Following that, the Board will make a decision as to which proposal to accept at their regular Board meeting scheduled for November 4.

The three proposals are available on the District’s website: www.unatego.org or may be viewed in person at the Unatego District Office.
